- To select and purchase a virtual number, open the "CHOOSE NUMBER" block.
- Then choose the number that interests you. It can be a number for calls, an SMS number, a number for registration, a hotline number 800 (toll-free), and a one-use SMS number.
- Select your desired country from the list provided then choose a city (or type, if applicable) for the virtual number.
- You will get a list of available numbers for the selected country and city(type).
- Below the list of numbers, you can find the connection terms and conditions.
- Most numbers that do not require documentary proof are activated automatically.
Numbers that require document upload or manual activation are activated within 1–5 business days (most within 1–2 business days). Such numbers are marked with an asterisk (*). - There is a form for uploading documents to the order, and a list of required documents is below.
- There may be a hidden number XXXXXX in the list. This means that the number selection is not available.

The number will be provided after activation is completed, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Choose the forwarding direction in the menu, there are several forwarding directions such as:
Forwarding type ''Phone'' – input a phone number in international format.
Forwarding type ''Telegram'' - enter your number in the international format registered in Telegram, or username without the ''@'' sign.
Forwarding type ''SIP'' – you can leave it by default and then order a SIP account in the ''SIP SETTINGS'' block, or input a SIP account from the third-party provider. - After choosing the forwarding direction click on the ''NEXT'' button.
- In the next step, you can choose the payment period, taking into account the specified discounts.
- If you wish to make a delayed purchase, click the "ADD TO CART" button. Then the selected number will be placed in the "SHOPPING CART" block, from where you can place an order later.
- To continue purchasing a number, click the ''PROCEED TO PAYMENT'' button.
- If you have enough money on your balance to pay for the order, the total amount for the order will be deducted. If there are not enough funds on the balance to pay, the window for the topping balance up will be opened.
- Input the prepayment for the forwarding or leave the default amount.
- Choose the payment method that is convenient for you from the list and click the ''NEXT'' button.
- Confirm the payment by pressing the ''CONFIRM'' button.
- After that, you will be directed to the website of the payment system where you can make a payment.
- You can find the paid number in the ''MY NUMBERS'' block.
- If the order has not been paid, then the number will have the "Not active. Waiting for payment." status.
- If the order is paid for successfully, wait for the number activation. After that, the number will have settings where you can manage call forwarding as well.
