This guide describes in detail the structure of the personal user account to familiarize and simplify the work with the account.

The personal account may seem complicated at first, let's go through it in detail.

  1. These numbers are your account ID. You can use them in chat or email to make it easier for a support representative to find your account.
  2. Top-up button, by clicking on it, you can familiarize yourself with the available payment methods.
  3. The profile data is displayed here and can be edited.

— In this block are stored your orders that have not been completed or paid for.


— In this block, you can select and purchase numbers. There are 5 types of numbers to choose from.

You can purchase a number for: calls, messages (SMS), hotline (Toll-free), numbers for registration, or a one-use (disposable) SMS number.

— A separate block-link of disposable numbers for quicker and more comfortable access to this service. Clicking on it will open a new tab with this service.

— By clicking on the block "Order IVR (PROFESSIONAL GREETING MESSAGE)" you can place an order for a voice greeting (or voice menu), voiced by professional speakers for any taste. There is a large selection of languages as well as narrator voices:

— In this section, you can find a list of all rented virtual numbers, as well as orders of numbers that are waiting for activation. From here you can manage your numbers, view call statistics, and delete numbers when you no longer need them.

The "Settings" button in front of the rented number allows you to manage call and SMS forwarding, download a voice greeting for the number, activate voice mail.

— In this block, you can order a free SIP-account from our company (you can order several accounts). SIP-account is required to work with SIP-phones and softphones.

Also in this block you can find out your SIP-account data, which are required for the softphone to operate. We recommend using Zoiper 5 or MicroSIP.

— In this block, you can purchase mobile proxies of various countries at comfortable prices. Here you can also find all proxy orders with their settings.


— By clicking on the last block you can view the history of deductions and payments. You can select either a specific transaction by date or the whole list for the whole time.
