How to upload the voice greeting
- To upload your voice greeting, open the ''MY NUMBERS'' block.
- Open the settings of the virtual number.
- In the number's settings tick the ''Voicemail greeting'' checkbox and press the ''Upload'' button.
- Then, press the ''Review'' button. Make sure your audio file meets the requirements of WAV, PCM, 8kHz, 16bit, mono.
- Click on the ''UPLOAD'' button. You can listen to the uploaded file or erase it.
- Choose the file you need as a voice greeting. Press the ''Save'' button.
How to set up the voicemail
- If you want to set up the voicemail, tick the ''Voicemail if no response'' checkbox. Call forwarding will have a timeout, after which the voicemail will be turned on in case no one answers.
- Click on the ''Upload'' button which is near the checkbox.
- Then, press the ''Review'' button. Make sure your audio file meets the requirements of WAV, PCM, 8kHz, 16bit, mono.
- Choose the file you need as a voicemail. Press the ''Save'' button.
- Fill your email in, to get the voice recordings.
