How to check call statistics

  1. In order to get to the call statistics of the rented number, open the "MY NUMBERS" block.
  2. Click on the diagram icon near the connected number - this is "Call Statistics".

  3. In the filter menu, you can select a specific virtual number, or leave all calls by default.

  4. Select the date range that you are interested in.

  5. Here you can also download statistics of the selected range in CSV text format.

  6. Click the ''SHOW'' button.

  7. In the window that has been opened, you can see statistics such as:

    call date/time, incoming (from which number the call was made), virtual number (rented number), forwarding (call forwarding direction), duration, call cost, the completion cause (status).

    There is also information for the period:
    - Total number of calls,
    - Total talk time,
    - Total cost.
    Data can be sorted in descending or ascending order using the sort buttons under each column name.
    On the same screen, you can also download call statistics in CSV format.
