To configure call/SMS forwarding from a virtual number properly, open its settings. To do this, open the "MY NUMBERS" block and click the "Settings" button next to the connected number.

• Let’s consider the setting up of the call forwarding for a voice number.

1. Open the menu at the "Forwarding" option to select the type of forwarding.
2. In the menu, you can select:
   
   1. "Phone" and enter any of your telephone numbers to receive calls.
   2.  "Telegram" and enter either a number that is registered in Telegram or your username (without the @ sign). This allows you to receive incoming calls in your Telegram account.
      
      On the right of the input field, there is a hint with clarification on this setting option. To display it, you need to point the mouse over the ''i''  icon.
   3. "SIP" and enter "SIP/username@username". ''username'' can be found in the "SIP SETTINGS" block if a SIP account was previously ordered.
      To request a SIP account, go to the "SIP SETTINGS" block, and click the "REQUEST SIP ACCOUNT" button. Click "CONFIRM". After the processing of your request, the data of the selected SIP account will appear in this block. You can use this data when you are setting up your softphone to receive calls
      It is also possible to use a SIP account from a third-party provider. To do this, you need to specify it like this: "SIP/SIP_ID@provider.com".
3. In addition to one forwarding direction, it is possible to activate a second direction. Where the same types of forwarding are available. To do this, choose the type of forwarding for the second direction: simultaneous or sequential.
4. After selection, a timeout will appear, during which dialing to the specified direction will occur.
   
   "Call simultaneously" - calls will be sent to both directions simultaneously.
   "Call sequentially" - if there is no answer in the first direction within the specified timeout, the call will go to the second one.
   
5. Select the type of forwarding and specify the second direction.
6. Then click the "SAVE" button. The changes to the forwarding settings have now been applied.

You can check the information about the number, including the forwarding direction, in the "MY NUMBERS" block by clicking on the "i" icon.

• Let’s consider setting up SMS forwarding for an SMS number or a number that is for both calls and SMS.

1. Press the "Settings" button next to the SMS number.
2. Messages can be forwarded to your number. To set this up, choose the "Phone number" option and enter the number on which you want to receive SMS. You need to pay for the forwarding to your number.
3. If you want to receive SMS to your email, then choose the "Email" option and enter your email. Forwarding to your email is free of charge for most numbers.
4. Another option for receiving SMS is receiving them via HTTP(s), to do this, activate the option with the same name. On the right of the input field there will be a hint with an example, hover the mouse over the "i" icon.
5. These 3 options can be activated simultaneously, in various combinations.
6. After you have entered your details, click "SAVE". The changes to the forwarding settings have now been applied.
